Advantages:

Хорошая квартира, вся инфраструктура в шаговой доступности! Заселение во время! Единственное замечание-это то, что душевая кабина требует ремонта! Герметичность нарушена, по углам протекает! Так и не долго соседей снизу затопить! Всё остальное без замечаний!!!
